Deborah Bradley put her 10 month-old daughter to bed in their Kansas City, Missouri home on October 3, 2011. When her husband came home in the early morning hours of the 4th, he noticed that the door was unlocked and a window appeared to be tampered with. When he got inside, he found that Lisa was missing from her crib. Justin Evans from The Generation Why Podcast helped me sort through all of the bizarre facts in the case.
Evelyn Hartley was only 15 years old when she disappeared while babysitting. When her father came to check up on her, he found all of the doors locked and an open basement window. Over the next few weeks, mysterious clues started to turn-up but no sign of Evelyn has ever been found.
Vilet Torrez was a 38 year old, loving mother of three who had recently left a volatile relationship. She was last seen by a surveillance camera at the entrance to her gated community in Miramar, Florida at 5:17AM on March 31, 2012.
On August 21, 1976, Andy Puglisi spent the day at a local pool, not far from his home in Lawrence, MA. His friend, Melanie, was with him at the pool that day but left before Andy. Andy never made it home that afternoon. I interviewed Melanie Perkins McLaughlin for this episode. She shared her memories of Andy and the documentary that she made about him.
Katherine and Sheila Lyon
On March 25, 1975, Katherine and Sheila Lyon walked to a shopping mall to look at Easter exhibits and eat lunch. They were last seen on the route home that afternoon.
On June 7th, 1984, 7 year-old Louis Mackerley vanished from Allentown, Pennsylvania. This case is full of bizarre twists but no trace of Louis has ever been found. If you have any information about Louis Mackerley’s disappearance, please call 610-437-7751.
On December 18, 2011, 23-year-old Phoenix Coldon was last seen backing out of her driveway. Her 1998 Chevrolet Blazer was found later that day abandoned in East St. Louis, Illinois. The Blazer was found running with the driver-side door open. Her purse was found in the vehicle but Phoenix was no where to be found.
Jessica Heeringa - Part 2
On April 26, 2013, Jessica disappeared from her job at a gas station right before closing time. She left behind her purse and a pool of blood. No one has seen her since. There have been some recent developments in the case. This is Part 2 of her story.
22-year-old Damien Sharp was last seen on May 25, 2002. He was having friends over to his apartment for Memorial Day and left saying that he would be back in a bit. He never returned and no trace of him has ever been found. I spoke with Damien’s mom, Janeane Shanahan, for this episode.

On February 17, 2016, a 911 call was made reporting that a man was in a grocery store parking with severe wounds. This led police to a home where they found another man with his hands severed. By the next morning, an Amber Alert was issued for 8 year old Mabel Lopez. She are her mother are believed to be in danger.

Suzie Streeter, Stacy McCall and Sherrill Levitt all vanished from a home in Springfield, Missouri on June 7, 1992 in what would become one of the most mysterious missing persons cases in recent history. The women would later become known as The Springfield Three.
Jennifer Barziloski And Phylicia Thomas
Jennifer Barziloski went missing on June 23, 2001. Her friend Phylicia Thomas was determined to find her. Three years later, Phylicia vanished too.
